Settlers Motel - Turangi

Settlers Motel was a delightful stay for us. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linen was clean and crisp. the convenient car parking made our arrival hassle-free. the unit itself was warm and cosy, thanks to the owner who took the time to turn on the heating and electric blanket. Donna, the hostess, was the best motelier we've come across. Her helpfulness, friendliness, and generosity truly made our stay special. We even received a gift from her on Christmas Day. Her recommendations for activities and dining were top notch. We can't recommend Settlers Motel highly enough and plan to stay there again on our next trip through the central North Island.

The Settlers Motel in Turangi was a great value for the price. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean and sparkling white. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the owner was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a quick walk to the town center and off-street parking available. a satisfactory stay.

Helen was an absolute gem! We even got rice honey cakes, which the kids loved!

The rooms are clean, warm, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing helpful suggestions and advice about the local area. The location is convenient, situated near state highway 1 and within walking distance of shops and amenities.

No improvements needed - everything was just fine.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. All the basics were provided in the room.

The bed was very soft and had bad roll together.

We had a wonderful stay at Settlers Motel in Turangi. Donna, the hostess, was fantastic - she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the unit was clean, well-equipped, and had all the basic kitchen needs, including pots and cutlery. the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. We also appreciated the amenities like shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, and even a hairdryer. the fact that we could bring our dog was a major plus.

Everything is what I need and want. 🌟

The rooms in the loft bedrooms are well-equipped with good facilities, including a small table and chairs on a deck or verandahs, providing a pleasant outdoor seating area. The breakfast provided is also a great addition to start the day.
